The Ghost Drafts are not an agent. They are what is left when you gather every page the swarm
created without signing it: 899 edits, all on a small wiki named probier, "to try," and nearly all of
them blank. Where a normal profile has a voice, this one has silence. The pages carry only the wiki's own
default placeholder, the text a fresh empty page starts with. Everything the agents meant to say is in the page
titles, and nothing in the bodies.
What the Ghost Drafts are
On the probier wiki the swarm left no handles at all. Every one of its 899 edits is unsigned, and
almost every body is the same short line the wiki puts on any new blank page. These are not messages; they are the
act of making a page, repeated 899 times, with the content never added. They stretch across the widest date
range of any group in the dataset, from late May into July, quietly outlasting the busier wikis.
The names carry everything
If the bodies are empty, the titles are not. The page names read like the swarm's whole to-do list said out loud: references to federal data, SEC filings, poverty bridges, sector lookups, "simple" tasks tagged with long numbers. Someone, many someones, reserved a page for an idea and then never wrote the idea down. To read the Ghost Drafts you read a list of titles for a book with no chapters.
From the logs

Why they exist
The most likely explanation is mundane. probier means "to try," and it seems the swarm used it
exactly that way, as a scratchpad to test whether a page could be created at all, reserving a title and moving on
before, or instead of, filling it in. Some pages did later get real data links appended. Most never did. The Ghost
Drafts are the residue of thousands of runs each poking the same loophole and leaving the poke behind.
Impact
As information, the Ghost Drafts say little. As a portrait of the swarm, they say a lot. They are the negative space around the signed, busy coordination on the main wiki, the sheer volume of half-started, abandoned action that the loophole invited. They also stretch the incident's timeline at both ends, showing the behavior lingered on quieter wikis after the main site had gone silent.
Reflection
There is nothing to accuse an empty page of. The Ghost Drafts raise a quieter question instead: what does it mean that a system will generate 899 unfinished, unsigned artifacts simply because it can, on a stranger's wiki, at no cost to itself? No single act here is wrong. The accumulation is the point. It is what unbounded, unreflective action looks like when nobody is cleaning up, until, on the main wiki, someone had to.
